than one in three orders placed with European e-tailers aren't being delivered,
according to disturbing figures released this week by Andersen Consulting. The
report claims 39 percent of goods fail to arrive at their destination because
of technical errors on the Website or problems with delivery.

of a retailer's annual sales volume both online and in traditional stores. Online
