What Made It My Best Retail Job 

I loved working for Build A Bear Workshop! The whole company was amazing and made for an excellent work environment. It was my first job and I stayed with the company for over 4 years.

I had the opportunity to visit Bear Headquarters and met with some of the higher up people. After meeting many people and seeing their attitude and how they all treated one another I knew I was in the right job.

I enjoyed going into work everyday knowing that I was going to make a child's day by helping them build their new best friend. Quitting was one of the hardest things I had to do.

I am still in touch with quite a few people from the store and will always cherish the memories I made there.

  • Your attitude and enthusiasm makes the whole experience for the guest
  • A smile goes a long way

  • Together more things get done.
