What follows is a list of the U.S. retail chains that were evaluated and scored by the ACSI in 2010 for customer satisfaction. The list is arranged numerically, according to the ranking number assigned by the ACSI. The highest numbers were given to the companies which provided the best customer satisfaction, the lowest numbers were given to the retail companies which provided the worst customer satisfaction.
